The forms below may be submitted to TMAATT directly online. To download PDF copies please scroll to the next section.

Form 1: The MBATT Scholar’s Initial Assessment Form is to be completed by the Main Consulting Supervisor at the end of the MBATT scholars first supervision session with their Main CS

Form 2: The verification of MBATT Scholar Hours Form is to be completed by a consulting supervisor prior to the MBATT Scholar attending Level III.

Breakdown of TMAATT Scholar’s Required Hours

TMAATT Supervision Hours breakdown for Certified (or candidates) CSAT/CPTT/APSATS:

10 hours of total Consulting Supervision for CPTT/CSAT therapists or candidates.

5 of the 10 hours must be individual.

5 of the 10 hours can be done via group.

All 10 can be done individually if the TMAATT scholar prefers.

12 hours of total Consulting Supervision for APSATS therapists or coaches.

5 of the 12 hours must be individual.

5 of the 12 hours can be done via group.

All 12 can be done individually if the APSATS scholar prefers.

There are no Facetime requirements for CPTT/CSAT/APSATS therapists or coaches.

TMAATT Supervision Hours Breakdown for *NON* CSAT/CPTT/APSATS Scholars:

20 hours of total TMAATT Consulting Supervision for NON IITAP/APSATS Mental Health Professionals

10 of the 20 hours must be individual supervision

5 of the 20 hours must be done in person, via Zoom, Skype or Facetime.

5-10 hours can be done via group supervision

All 20 hours can be done via individual supervision as well.
