Overview of MBATT Training Level II

MBATT and MBRC Training Level 2 is a combination of 1 hour web based video lessons and weekly exercises in conjunction with one-on-one, 50 minute meetings with a MBATT Consulting Supervisor via phone, Facetime or Zoom. This can be completed over 16 weeks, but not to be taken in less than 8 weeks.

Each training segment in Level 2 includes a 1 hour video presentation that the candidate can start/stop at any time. It also includes homework that consists of specific mindfulness practices in relevance to the domain of recovery presented in the video for each week. This mindfulness practice will be applied to the candidate’s personal and professional life.

A brief 6 question quiz is given at the end of each training video in Level 2. The MBATT and MBRC scholar can then download the activity worksheet for that particular training week.

Registration for Level 2 Training includes all of the segment video presentations and homework material needed to complete Level 2. All consultations with your MBATT Consulting Supervisor (C.S.) will be paid separately and directly to the CS. The CS fees are not included in the Level 2 registration costs.

You will have 2 years from your Level 1 completion date to complete your MBATT or MBRC training. If a health emergency or other serious crisis interferes with your ability to complete your MBATT or MBRC training within that timeframe, special consideration will be given to the MBATT or MBRC scholar upon review.
