It is important to note that this applies to this specific training course website, all therapy and coaching programs, and any products and services provided or sold by TMAATT. If we work together in a Educational capacity, a Business Coaching capacity, or in a CSAT Supervision role capacity, our role is to support and assist you in reaching your goals, however, we cannot and do not guarantee that you will attain a particular personal goal, business result, income increase, certification, relational success, or business success, clinical goal, and you accept and understand that results differ by each individual and their motivation, follow through and experience.

Injunctive Relief 
In the event you breach or threaten breach of this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that TMAATT will be greatly and irreparably damaged and the damage will be difficult to quantify. Therefore, TMAATT may apply to any court of competent jurisdiction accepting jurisdiction under this specific provision, who, regardless of the Governing Law provision, will apply the laws of its own jurisdiction in determining whether TMAATT will be granted injunctive or other equitable relief to stop your breach or your threat of breach, without impairing, invalidating, negating or voiding TMAATT rights to relief, either in law or at equity.

Miscellaneous 
If any of these terms and conditions is found unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be considered restated to reflect as nearly as possible the original intentions of the parties in accordance with applicable law and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. This is the entire agreement between you and TMAATT relating to the subject matter it contains. In the event that you use the information provided through our website, blog information, programs, products and services by us or affiliated with us, we assume no responsibility.

4. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OF CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13

We are committed to protecting the online privacy of children. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (”COPPA”), we will not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen (13) without first obtaining parental consent. The consent form states that the child’s “Parent” or “Legal Guardian”, by his or her signature, consents to the collection and transfer of the child’s personally identifiable information. Consent may be revoked by completing a “Revocation of Parental Consent Form” and sending it to the email or physical mailing address above. In compliance with COPPA, We are sensitive about children consulting with parents or guardians before furnishing personal information or ordering anything online.

It is also our intention to adhere to the Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU) Guidelines on Internet advertising with its special sensitivities regarding solicitations to children under thirteen (13). We encourage parents/guardians to supervise and join their children in exploring cyberspace.

5. TRANSFER OF DATA ABROAD
